Registered Nurse (RN) - Infusion

RN – Hematology/Oncology

Shift: 4x10.0. Days:
Monday - Friday. Time: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of recent infusion experience required
• Outpatient clinic experience highly desired
• ONS chemotherapy/immunotherapy certification
• Current BLS certification from AHA
• Experience with Epic EMR and Alaris infusion pumps
• Strong IV/vascular access and port access skills
• Current, unencumbered RN licensure

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Administer chemotherapy and other infusions to patients in an outpatient setting.
• Provide chemotherapy teaching to patients at the chairside.
• Manage a patient assignment effectively, ensuring quality care and communication.
• Collaborate with the oncology care team to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and responses.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols related to medication administration.
