Registered Nurse (RN) - LTAC

RN – Long Term Care

Schedule:

3 shifts of 12 hours

Assignment Details:
Contract Length: 17 weeks

Requirements:

• RN License (New York only)
• Two (2) years of experience in long term care
• BLS certification (American Heart Association only)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care and assessments for geriatric residents in a long term care setting.
• Document and implement nursing plans of care.
• Oversee and delegate responsibilities to LPN and CNA colleagues.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills and flexibility in care delivery.
