Location: City of Rochester
Delphi Rise is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our outpatient program in Rochester, NY. This part-time role offers 30 hours per week with shifts between 8:30 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, at our primary clinic located at 72 Hinchey Road, Rochester.
The LPN will support a trauma-informed, harm-reduction oriented model within OASAS-licensed outpatient services, providing screenings, care coordination, and linkage to treatment.
