RN - Dialysis

Day shifts from 5:30 AM to 10:30 PM, with three 12-hour shifts per week. Days will vary based on staffing needs, with rotating Saturdays and occasional Sundays due to holidays.

The Charge Nurse in Dialysis will oversee patient care and coordinate treatment for patients undergoing outpatient and chronic dialysis. The role involves running a 4:1 patient assignment, which includes preparing Fresenius machines and managing nursing responsibilities effectively.

• Provide leadership and oversight for nursing staff and patient care.
• Efficiently manage and run a 4 patient per nurse assignment.
• Prepare and set up Fresenius dialysis machines for treatments.
• Ensure high standards of patient care through daily assessments and interventions.
• Floating between various dialysis locations as needed.

• Charge Nurse experience is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant nursing experience in dialysis is preferred.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Must possess a valid NY nursing license in hand to submit for this role.
