Every Other Weekend

" Charting: EPIC experience required

" RTO/Block & Special Scheduling Requests:
Must submit requests upon submission

" Call off Policy:
The client may cancel (call off) up to three shifts during a 13-week contract period without incurring charges for the canceled hours.

" Holiday Requirement:
Must be available to work every other holiday, if needed

" Experience

Required:

Must be able to take own patient assignment, with the support of an RN;
Acute Care experience within the last 2 years

" Vital signs, pain assessment, intake/output monitoring, isolation precautions, physical restraints, specimen labeling, Oxygen administration via nasal cannula, Feeding tube management, Telemetry monitoring, 12-lead EKG

" Medication administration (oral, IM, SQ, NG/G-tube, ear and eye drops), IV therapy with pumps, blood glucose monitoring

" Wound care basics (simple dressings, JP/Hemovac drains), bathing and mouth care, Foley catheter insertion (male/female), clean catch urine collection, communication of status changes to RN/MD, MS/Tele care setting

Medical patients COPD exacerbation, infections, failure to thrive, social issues

Will be required to float within skillset
