• Provide direct patient care under the direction of the Nurse Manager.
• Contribute to unit activities and support the care delivery system.
• Support peers in delivering patient care services.
• Develop diverse competencies as part of the pediatric interdisciplinary team.
• Focus on customer-focused, family-centered care for pediatric patients.
• Manage the unique psycho-social needs of patients and families.

• New graduate nurse with less than one year of experience

• Pediatric and/or acute care experience preferred

• Current RN License in New York
