About This Role
The Emergency Department Observation Unit is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care and support unit activities. This role is ideal for new graduate nurses looking to build their competency in a fast-paced environment.
Highlights- Pay: $37.12 - $50.11/hour
- Location: Rochester, NY
- Schedule: Full-time, Rotating shifts
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $25,000
- Provide direct patient care under the direction of the Nurse Manager.
- Contribute to unit activities and enhance the care delivery system.
- Support peers in delivering patient care services.
- Care for adult patients needing additional observation.
- Communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- New graduate nurse with less than one year of experience.
- Experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment preferred.
- Current RN License in New York.
