RN Supervisor-Long Term Care

Work Fit Medical Staffing is looking for an experienced RN Supervisor dedicated to exceptional patient care and leading a committed nursing team. In this role you will oversee nursing activities, manage staff performance, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and develop nursing protocols to improve patient outcomes. Pay starting at $52/hr this position may be full time or part time, and may require evening and weekend work.

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York
• At least 3 years of nursing experience, with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role
• Strong understanding of patient care standards and regulations
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and other healthcare professionals
• Demonstrated capability in staff training, mentoring, and performance evaluation
