• Provide direct patient care for adult medical-surgical patients with telemetry monitoring
• Perform comprehensive assessments; develop and update care plans; administer medications and treatments per orders
• Monitor telemetry readings, vitals, and clinical status; respond to rhythm changes and

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary team; participate in rounds; document care accurately in the electronic medical record
• Support unit operations in expanded roles as assigned (charge nurse, preceptor, committee member) and assist with staff orientation when appropriate
• Maintain patient safety and infection control standards; ensure continuity of care and adherence to established policies

• Current New York RN license (active)
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Telemetry experience required
• Minimum 2 years RN clinical experience
• Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays; on-call/callback as needed
