Director of Nursing

Key Responsibilities

• Lead & Inspire:Direct and mentor a dedicated nursing staff while fostering a collaborative environment with the Administrator, Medical Personnel, and Department Heads.
• Ensure Excellence:Oversee clinical operations to guarantee full compliance with NYS and Federal regulations.
• Network & Collaborate:Connect with outside agencies (hospitals, insurers) and enjoy a supportive, collegial network with fellow DONs across our 11 sister facilities.

Qualifications

• Active, unblemished NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Proven track record of successful managerial experience in skilled nursing.
• Commitment to the highest clinical standards and excellent customer service.
• $3,000 Sign-On Bonus
