Registered Nurse – Cardiac Care
Schedule
40 hours per week - 4 ten-hour shifts with day/night rotation, plus occasional weekends as needed.
Assignment Details
Contract duration: 17 weeks. Guaranteed hours: 40 hours per week.
Requirements
- RN License (New York license only)
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- Telemetry experience
- Recent CVICU/Cardiac Care or PACU experience required; cath lab experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and procedural support in acute and non-acute situations.
- Deliver dynamic pre and post-procedure care, as well as PACU recovery.
- Work with patients undergoing treatment for vascular, electrical conduction, coronary diseases, and structural heart diagnoses.
- Respond to patient needs in a fast-paced environment.
