• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a long term care setting

• Provide direct patient care to a group of residents
• Administer and oversee medication administration
• Supervise and collaborate with CNA colleagues
• Utilize critical thinking skills to provide care independently
• Ensure care is provided with dignity and respect
