Location: City of Rochester
Delphi Rise is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support our outpatient clinic and deliver services through the In-Community SUD Clinic across Finger Lakes community spaces. The LPN will perform medical screenings, coordinate care, and assist with pharmacotherapy while maintaining trauma‑informed, person‑centered care.
This 30-hour per week, part-time role includes both clinic and community-site work, with flexible scheduling between 8:30a–6:00p.
