Evenings, Nights, and Weekends (8-hour and preferred 12-hour shifts available)
Pay: $41.00 - $52.00 Hourly
Seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide nursing care within a specialized 20- bed ventilator and 5-bed pediatric specialty unit. In this role, you will deliver professional clinical services to adult and pediatric patients with complex medical needs. Sta will be cross-trained to competently work across both units and must be prepared to assist on either unit based on clinical resident needs.
Responsibilities include shift-based nursing and opportunities to act as the RN Charge Nurse.
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with regulatory requirements, facility policies, and professional standards of practice.
- Deliver care specific to adult ventilator, pediatric ventilator, and general pediatric patients.
- Act as RN Charge Nurse on designated shifts when scheduled.
- Accompany residents to appointments on-site and in the community, or escort residents within the facility when medically necessary.
- Complete mandatory facility in-service training sessions.
- Clock in and out on each shift using the facility badge and time clock.
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Qualified by training and experience to work with ventilator, pediatric ventilator, and general pediatric patients.
- Must pass a pre-employment screening process, including a criminal history record check.
