Recruitment Support Specialist
Supports recruitment of all nursing positions as needed. Assists with the development of hospital programs and services that support recruitment. Work involves planning, coordination, market research, negotiation and implementation of recruitment activities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in nursing, healthcare recruitment, required.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Knowledge of current computer software.
- Travel required, local, statewide and within the United States.
- Must demonstrate commitment and adherence to STHS's Compliance Program and Code of Conduct through compliance with all policies and procedures, the Code of Conduct, attendance at required training and immediately reporting suspected compliance issue(s) to the Compliance Officer.
Education / Licensure:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license, preferred.
