About This Role

The Level II Registered Nurse at the Ambulatory UR Medicine Complex Care Center is responsible for providing competent direct patient care and supporting unit activities. • Provide competent direct patient care based on established standards.
• Contribute to unit activities and enhance the care delivery system.
• Support peers in the delivery of patient care services.
• Assume expanded roles such as charge nurse, preceptor, and committee member.
• Engage in direct patient care and telephone triage.
• Educate patients and caregivers on care processes.
• Coordinate complex care with a multidisciplinary team.
• Utilize strong assessment and communication skills in decision-making.

• RN required

• 1-2 years nursing experience preferred

• BLS certification required
