Every Other Weekend (EOW) coverage required. May float based on staffing needs. Orientation period is 12 hours.
14-bed temporary overflow unit with a variable census based on demand.
Minimum 1 year RN experience required
BLS certification required
New travelers accepted
Competency in phlebotomy and IV insertion mandatory
Charting experience in EPIC is required
Provide patient care in a medical surgical telemetry setting
Administer medications and monitor patients' conditions
Perform phlebotomy and IV placements
Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team
Use telemetry monitoring as part of patient assessment
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
State license in New York is required for submission. Minimal RTO of not more than 10 days. Background checks reviewed case-by-case.
