- Experience as a Nurse Practitioner is required

- Patient Care. Evaluate and manage patients following hospitalization for acute stroke and other neurological conditions; obtain medical histories and perform physical examinations; assess patient progress and develop and implement treatment plans
- Follow-Up Care. Provide post-stroke follow-up and ongoing management, monitor response to treatment, address new or recurring symptoms, and coordinate appropriate diagnostic testing and specialty care
- Treatment. Prescribe medications, provide patient education, and make appropriate referrals in collaboration with the neurology team
- Documentation. Maintain accurate and timely medical records, update patient charts, and complete required clinical documentation
