Staff Educator / Infection Preventionist (RN or LPN)to join our team full-time.

  • RN Sign-On Bonus:$3,000
  • LPN Sign-On Bonus:$2,000
  • Monthly Nursing Stipend:$250 (In addition to your base pay!)
  • Schedule:40 hours per week (includes some on-call rotation).
Your Mission

As our dual-threat Educator and Infection Specialist, you will:

Education & Growth:

  • Lead the Way:Design and direct the facility's entire education and orientation program.
  • Coach & Mentor:Oversee new hire preceptors and conduct annual competency evaluations for Nurses and CNAs.
  • Stay Ahead:Curate the in-service calendar and provide ongoing CEUs to keep our clinical team sharp.
  • Compliance Pro:Maintain all training documentation and reports for the DOH and regulatory bodies.

Infection Prevention:

  • Outbreak Expert:Identify, track, and prevent infections using data-driven analysis.
  • Policy Architect:Develop and implement facility-wide infection control protocols.
  • Safety Champion:Act as the go-to resource for staff and families on isolation, OSHA standards, and PPE.
  • Quality Control:Monitor antibiotic use and ensure all equipment meets safety standards.
Qualifications
  • Licensure:Valid RN or LPN license in good standing.
  • Experience:Previous experience in long-term care, staff development, or infection control preferred.
  • Leadership:Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire a team.
  • Detail-Oriented:A knack for tracking data and maintaining rigorous regulatory compliance.
