• Support standards of care and provide consultation in patient care delivery.
• Assist in daily operations and process improvement.
• Facilitate staff development and education.
• Provide direct patient care and work on staff retention.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary hospital partners to achieve positive patient outcomes.
• Participate in the management of human resources.
• Develop and evaluate recruitment and retention strategies.
• Monitor patient outcomes.

• BSN required

• Previous leadership experience preferred

• Current RN License in NY
