Overview
Registered Nurse – Dialysis in Rochester, New York, beginning 09/28/2026 for a travel assignment spanning several weeks. Earn a weekly pay range of $2,380–$2,495 with a 40-hour per week guarantee. Work primarily in a dialysis setting on a schedule of 4x10-hour shifts, Mon–Fri with a rotating Saturday, and potential on-call. You’ll float to other dialysis locations as needed and document care in EPIC.
NY license in hand is required for submission; first-time travelers are accepted and local candidates within 75 miles are not eligible or may receive a lower rate.

Yes, to other dialysis locations as needed - Charting system: EPIC (required)
- Provide direct patient care for adult dialysis patients in both acute inpatient and outpatient settings, including cannulation of AV access and catheter care as appropriate
- Monitor patients during hemodialysis, assess for and respond to common complications (hypotension, fluid overload, hyperkalemia, clotting, disequilibrium)
- Operate and troubleshoot dialysis equipment from major modalities (Baxter, Fresenius J/K, Gambro, Prismaflex) and manage related alarms/monitoring
- Maintain strict infection control, line and access care, and post-treatment access management
- Document patient care and outcomes in EPIC with accuracy and timeliness
- Communicate with nephrology and dialysis team regarding patient status, plan, and any changes to treatment
- Current, unrestricted New York RN license in hand for submission
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year of dialysis experience (acute inpatient and/or outpatient) required
- EPIC charting experience is mandatory
- Ability to float to other dialysis locations and adapt to a rotating schedule and high-acuity environment
