About This Role
The Registered Nurse 2 in Inpatient General Adult Psychiatry at Strong Memorial Hospital is responsible for providing competent direct patient care and supporting unit activities. This role is ideal for nurses who excel in a collaborative environment and are dedicated to enhancing patient care delivery.
Highlights- Pay: $40 - $54/hour

- Schedule: Full-time, Rotating shifts
- Provide direct patient care based on established standards.
- Contribute to unit activities and enhance the care delivery system.
- Support peers in the delivery of patient care services. Assume expanded roles such as charge nurse, preceptor, and committee member.
- Engage patients in therapeutic groups and activities using a recovery-oriented framework.
- Utilize strong interpersonal, critical thinking, and communication skills within an interdisciplinary team.
