Flexible Shift 12 hours/day 3 days/week

RN Neurology
Duration: 17 weeks

601 Elmwood Ave, Rochester, NY 14642

Schedule:

Floating Shift, 12
* 3 36hours/week

• Shift: D/E/N Rotating

• Weekends:
  Blocked Friday/Saturday/Sunday

• Additional:
  Holidays, On-Call, Callback & Charge as per unit needs

• Specialized Neurological Unit caring for complex neurological patients

• Treat patients with stroke, epilepsy, Multiple Sclerosis, Guillain-Barré Syndrome
  , and more

• Joint Commission–accredited Comprehensive Stroke Center

• Region's only Level 4 Epilepsy Monitoring Unit (EMU)

• Utilize continuous video EEG for seizure evaluation, diagnosis & treatment

• Fast-paced environment with a multidisciplinary care team

• Excellent opportunity to develop neurological nursing & critical-thinking skills

• Telemetry experience required

• RN License: NY License ONLY

• 2+ years of experience

• BLS certification required

• NIHSS certification required
