Pay Rate
: $85 - $90/hr

Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) for a locum tenens assignment in Rochester, NY. These positions are 26-week contracts with the ability to extend.

• Provide outpatient diabetes care services with a patient load of 20-25 patients per day across 15 exam rooms
• Perform CGM (Continuous Glucose Monitor) analysis and insulin pump management as applicable
• Utilize EPIC electronic health record system with AI ambient scribe for documentation
• Work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (8-9 hour shifts)
• Float to other locations 1-2 days per week as needed
• Maintain valid New York State license
• Maintain current AHA or RQI life‑saving certifications
• Must be Board Certified (Residents and Fellows not accepted)
• Maintain a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• Adhere to dress code requirements (scrubs or business attire)
• Follow call‑in policy by contacting the practice manager via call or text
• Ensure CV reflects complete and up‑to‑date work history with no gaps of 30 or more days
• Provide malpractice history disclosure with physician statement if applicable
• Submit itemised receipts for all reimbursable travel and lodging expenses in accordance with guidelines
