• Weekly pay: $2,392–$2,410 per week
• Guaranteed hours: 40 hours per week
• Contract duration: several weeks (travel assignment)
• Shift: combination of 2×12s + 2×8s or 4×10s; rotating Saturdays

• Work setting: hospital dialysis unit (acute and outpatient)
• Float expectations: float to other dialysis locations in the system
• On-call windows: possible weeknights 6:00 PM–6:00 AM and weekend 6:00 PM Saturday–6:00 AM Monday

• Provide RN-directed dialysis care for adult patients in inpatient and outpatient dialysis settings
• Perform vascular access procedures including cannulation of AV fistula/graft and care for tunneled/non-tunneled catheters
• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot dialysis machinery (Baxter, Fresenius J/K, Gambro, Prismaflex) and interpret alarms
• Monitor patient status, blood pressure, fluid removal, and electrolyte balance; manage hypotension, fluid overload, hyperkalemia, and related complications
• Administer treatments and medications per protocol; manage anticoagulation and monitor for clotting or adverse reactions
• Maintain infection control standards, follow safety guidelines, and document therapy, vitals, and outcomes in the charting system EPIC
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support care planning, patient education, and discharge needs
• Provide coverage as needed at other dialysis sites within the system

• NY RN license in hand to submit
• BLS required
• Minimum 1 year dialysis experience (acute inpatient and outpatient experience preferred)
• Experience with dialysis machines:
  Baxter, Fresenius J/K, Gambro, Prismaflex
• Ability to float to other dialysis sites in the system
• Residency: candidates must be located more than 75 miles from the facility; locals within 75 miles are not accepted
• RTO: no more than 10 days of requested time off
