LPN – Long Term Care

Rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, with on-call and callback responsibilities.

Contract length to be determined; guaranteed hours per week to be discussed.

Valid New York State LPN license

BLS certification (American Heart Association only)

Minimum of 2 years experience in a long-term care setting

Provide direct patient care and medication administration

Supervise and support CNA colleagues

Ensure care is delivered with dignity and respect

Utilize critical thinking skills while working independently
