• Unit: Geriatric Long-Term Care

• Ratios: 1 RN : 20 residents | 1 LPN : 8-10 | 1 CNA : 4-6

• Patients: Geriatric residents; wound care required,
  no trachs
  ; no acute-care needs

• Shift: Days / Evenings / Nights

• Schedule: 36 hrs/week; weekends, on-call & holidays per unit needs

• Experience: 2+ years Long-Term Care

• License:
  NY RN License ONLY

• Cert:
  BLS - AHA ONLY

• Telemetry: Required

• Duties: Direct patient care, assessments, documentation, care-plan implementation, medication administration, and oversight/delegation of LPN/CNA staff

  Strong communication, flexibility, delegation, and geriatric-care experience
