The client may cancel (call off) up to three shifts during a 13-week contract period without incurring charges for the canceled hours. Holiday Requirement:

Assist with vaginal delivery, Circulate for C-section, Recover C-Section, Magnesium Sulfate therapy, Pitocin (oxytocin, Terbutaline) APGAR scores, Baby Nurse (“Baby Catcher”), /Security Banding, Radiant Warmers/Thermoregulation Foley catheter insertion/management, Fundus/lochia/perineum care, Post Partum Hemorrhage, Pregnancy induced hypertension NST(Non Stress Tests), Use of EFM(External Fetal Heart Monitoring),Use of IUPC(Intrauterine pressure catheter) placement and calibration

Unit Details:
All pregnant patients at any gestational age accepted by the provider team are cared for. Triage evaluates all pregnant patients at any gestational age and all postpartum patients within 6 weeks of delivery. Client Fetal & Telemetry Monitors;

The General Hospital is a 528-bed acute care teaching facility in NY. It is Magnet-recognized and certified as an Advanced Thrombectomy Capable Stroke Center.
