Description:

This position is for an LVN / LPN in an outpatient clinic setting specializing in nephrology.

The role requires rooming patients and taking vital signs.

Injections will also be a part of the responsibilities.

The ideal candidate should possess EPIC and ambulatory experience.

Candidates will be expected to float to other offices as needed.

Flexibility and strong interpersonal skills are essential for this position.

This role involves performing a variety of patient care tasks, including medication reconciliation and telephone triage.

Candidates should be comfortable with vital sign monitoring and interpreting laboratory results.
