Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse – Level 3

New York, NY

Contract | 12-Hour Rotating Shifts | 4 Days Per Week

• Provide direct care to antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum patients across high, moderate, and low-risk acuity levels in a Labor & Delivery setting
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver patient- and family-centered care
• Demonstrate strong communication skills with the ability to prioritize and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
• Orient and maintain competencies across various modes of care and delivery within the OB service line
• Float among OB/GYN units as needed to meet variable volume and acuity demands — an ongoing expectation of all OB/GYN nurses

• Active New York State RN License (NY licensure required)
• Minimum of 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience
• BLS certification through American Heart Association (AHA) only
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required

• Experience in OB triage and/or OR settings
• Demonstrated ability to adapt across multiple OB care settings and patient populations

• Opportunity to work in a high-acuity Level 3 Labor & Delivery environment with a diverse and complex patient population
