Description:

ICU Float Registered Nurse

• 3x12-hour shifts
• Day/Evening/Night Rotating Shift Schedule
• Every Other Weekend (EOW)
• Holidays, On-Call, Callback, and Charge duties per unit needs

Please Note:

First-time travelers cannot be accepted for this position.

• Exposure to a variety of ICU specialties, including MICU, SICU, Respiratory Special Care, and Surgical Progressive Care
• Demonstrates strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to remain current in knowledge of critical care
• Assigned to the intensive care units with the greatest staffing need

• RN License (New York State License ONLY)
• RN with ICU acute care experience
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience

• BLS (American Heart Association ONLY)
• ACLS (American Heart Association ONLY)

• RN License (currently any RN License is accepted in the State of NY)
• BLS (American Heart Association ONLY)
• ACLS (American Heart Association ONLY)
• ICU experience with strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills and ability to remain current in knowledge of critical care
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience
