The Imaging Sciences RN Assistant Nurse Manager supports nursing operations across multiple outpatient imaging locations, overseeing daily operations and promoting safe, high-quality patient care. This role is ideal for experienced nurses with strong leadership skills and a commitment to teamwork.

• Pay: $97,760 - $131,976/year
• Location: Rochester, NY
• Facility: Strong Memorial Hospital
• Schedule: Full-time, Rotating

• Support standards of care and provide consultation in patient care delivery.
• Oversee daily operations in partnership with the Nurse Manager and radiology leadership.
• Promote staff development and engagement.
• Drive workflow and quality improvement initiatives.
• Manage human resources and develop recruitment and retention strategies.
• Monitor patient outcomes and communicate effectively within the unit.
• Provide expert patient care and serve as a resource for staff.
• Participate in community and professional organizations to promote nursing visibility.

• BSN required

• At least 4 years of clinical nursing experience

• Current NYS RN License
• BLS certification required
• Strong IV and communication skills
