Level 4 RN OR RNFA - Robotics

Location: NY 14642

Pay: $2,628 – $2,942/week

Schedule: 36 or 48 hours/week;
3x12-hour day shifts (e.g., 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM), Monday–Friday

Call: On-call required per unit needs (up to 11:00 PM
)

Function as RNFA & OR RN (scrub/circulate) in a high-acuity robotic OR

Assist surgeons intraoperatively to ensure safe, optimal patient outcomes

Perform perioperative nursing duties and support full surgical workflow

Collaborate with surgical team; follow surgeon direction during procedures

Maintain clinical competency and adhere to OR protocols and safety standards

Active NY RN License (required)

Completion of accredited RNFA program

CNOR certification (required)

BLS (AHA required); ACLS preferred (AHA)

Minimum 2 years OR experience (Level 1 trauma preferred)

Da Vinci robotic experience required
, including:

• Robotic Urology
• Robotic GYN
• Robotic Surgical Oncology (e.g., Whipple, gastrectomy, hernia)
• Robotic Thoracic
• Robotic General Surgery (e.g., gallbladder, appendectomy)

Scrub and circulate experience preferred
