St. Croix Hospice is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse On-Call to join our 24/7 care model. You will respond to triage calls, perform after-hours visits, and support symptom management and care plan updates, ensuring high-quality end-of-life care for patients and families.
The role features a 7 days on / 7 days off overnight schedule, promoting autonomy and balance while delivering essential care during evenings, nights, and weekends. RN licensure and CPR certification are required.
