Easterseals NH is seeking a Nurse Case Manager (Registered Nurse) for our Adult Day Program. The part-time position covers 14 hours weekly (Tuesdays and Thursdays 8a–3p) with compensation of $31–$35/hour.
The RN will manage medications, assessments, and care plans, coordinating with healthcare providers and families to maximize client independence. The role requires an NH-licensed RN (or multi-state compact) with 1+ year in health-related fields, CPR/First Aid, and reliable transportation.
