Carle Health seeks an RN First Assist (RNFA) to support surgeons during operations, provide perioperative care, and contribute to post-operative assessment. The RNFA will collaborate with the OR team, prepare instruments, and ensure patient safety throughout procedures.
Qualified candidates hold an active RN license, CNOR certification, and have at least 2 years of perioperative nursing experience. BLS is required; RNFA program completion is preferred.
