The University of Rochester Medicine invites new graduate nurses to join the Adult Critical Care Nurse Residency Program. The program supports graduates transitioning to their first professional nursing role across ICU tracks.
The residency spans twelve months, with rotating shifts (8 and 12 hour) including holidays and weekends per unit policy, under the Nurse Manager, to build competency in direct patient care.
