ACCESS (Advanced Critical Care, Emergency & Specialty Services) South Bay is seeking a Client Care Representative to join our team!
* Experience in the veterinary or healthcare field required*
Come join ACCESS Specialty Animal Hospitals in South Bay! We are one of the largest, most advanced, and progressive veterinary multi‑specialty referral groups in So Cal. We are comprised of emergency, critical care, cardiology, internal medicine, neurology, & surgery!
Our Client Care Department consists of reception, specialty department coordinators, phone operators, and doctors’ assistants. Each position differs slightly but all serve as a liaison between our medical team and clients – they are truly the face of ACCESS – and the care they provide our clients is as important as the exceptional patient care provided by our doctors.
Responsibilities- Effectively resolve client questions via phone and email
- Take ownership in building trust and relationships with clients
- Work closely with our medical teams to ensure a positive outcome at each visit
- Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service role, preferably in a medical or veterinary setting
- Handle a multi‑line phone system
- A deep, genuine care for helping people
- Naturally empathetic and articulate communication
- A friendly and professional demeanor
- Critical thinking and problem‑solving skills
- Comfortable working with computer software

Compensation is negotiable based on credentials and experience with an hourly pay rate starting at $19–$22 /hour. The actual rate offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
