Why this role matters

The Quality Management System (QMS) Specialist/engineer is responsible for implementation of the ICEYEs Quality Management System in our Greece production unit to ensure consistent delivery of products and services that meet customer, regulatory, and industry standards. In this role you will partner closely with production, supply chain teams to ensure that our processes are aligned with business goals and embedded into daily practices.

This role will report to the Global Quality Management System (QMS) manager and operate as a standalone position within the Greece facility.

Your day-to-day responsibilities

* Ensures ICEYE Quality Management System is fully implemented in our Greece facility

* Drive ICEYE production framework maturity increase in Greece - be the subject matter expert for QMS, QA, Health and safety and environmental topics.

* Ensure compliance with regulatory, customer, and industry requirements, including environmental and health and safety regulation; serve as the main point of contact for auditors and certification bodies.

* Act as an internal auditor in our internal process audits covering quality and EHS topics.

* Ensure controlled documentation rigor in Greece operations

* Define and track quality KPIs; prepare and present regular performance reports to leadership.

* Provide training and coaching on QMS processes, standards, and quality tools; promote a culture of quality throughout the organization.

What we're looking for

Must haves:

* 5+ years in quality, engineering, operations, compliance, or process improvement roles.

* Degree in Engineering, Quality, Business, or related field.

* Strong experience with digital QMS systems and data-driven improvement methods.

* Strong knowledge of QMS standards (ISO 9001 required; AS9100, AQAP
2110 or similar beneficial).

* Experience with quality tools and risk management (RCA, CAPA, FMEA, PDCA, risk assessments).

* Audit experience

* Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

* Ability to drive cross-functional alignment and continuous improvement.

* Strong process management experience and facilitation skills

* Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
