Assembler- Electromechancial

Are you ready to put your skills to work on the front lines of technology? Our engineering laboratory in Rochester, NY is seeking a talented Electromechanical Assembler who’s passionate about hands‑on innovation and eager to make a real impact.

As part of our dynamic team, you’ll assemble and test cutting‑edge electromechanical prototypes, collaborating closely with engineers to improve products that shape tomorrow’s technology.

• Competitive pay: $30-36/hour (based on experience)
• Long‑term contract: 18 months
• Consistent, daytime hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday-Friday

• Building innovative prototypes with both verbal and written instruction
• Working side‑by‑side with engineers to refine assembly practices and processes
• Sharing your improvement ideas—your feedback directly influences product development
• Ensuring quality and efficiency in everything you do

• At least 2 years’ experience in electromechanical assembly
• Strong communication skills and comfort with hand and fabrication tools
• Experience with soldering, PCBA certifications, or an engineering degree is a plus
