Are you ready to put your skills to work on the front lines of technology? Our engineering laboratory in Rochester, NY is seeking a talented Electromechanical Assembler who’s passionate about hands‑on innovation and eager to make a real impact.
About the RoleAs part of our dynamic team, you’ll assemble and test cutting‑edge electromechanical prototypes, collaborating closely with engineers to improve products that shape tomorrow’s technology.
What’s in it for you?- Competitive pay: $30-36/hour (based on experience)
- Long‑term contract: 18 months
- Consistent, daytime hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday-Friday
- Building innovative prototypes with both verbal and written instruction
- Working side‑by‑side with engineers to refine assembly practices and processes
- Sharing your improvement ideas—your feedback directly influences product development
- Ensuring quality and efficiency in everything you do
- At least 2 years’ experience in electromechanical assembly
- Strong communication skills and comfort with hand and fabrication tools
- Experience with soldering, PCBA certifications, or an engineering degree is a plus
