Location: City of Rochester
XLI Corporation in the City of Rochester seeks a Quality Lab Supervisor to manage daily operations in the quality control laboratory. You will supervise lab technicians, ensure accurate testing, and uphold compliance with standards, promoting product integrity and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Quality, Engineering, or Chemistry, and 3–5 years of experience in a quality lab, with strong leadership skills and attention to detail. This full-time position requires in-person work.
