Quality Inspector

• Perform dimensional inspections on both in‑process and finished machined parts and products using measurement techniques and equipment.
• Inspect weldments and fabricated products.
• Inspect finished products (painting and powder coat).
• Inspect assemblies and sub‑assemblies.
• Use experience with common metrology tools including calipers and micrometers to measure parts.
• Perform CMM programming as needed.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by the Manager.

• Minimum education level of High School, GED, or its equivalent.
• Familiarity with ISO‑compliant manufacturing environments.
• Ability to read blueprints and proficient understanding of GD&T.
• 3+ years of CMM operation / programming.

• 5+ years of inspection experience in a precision machining environment.
• 5+ years of CMM experience.
• Previous exposure to operation and programming of CMM equipment.
• Smart Scope vision system experience using ZONE3 Metrology Software.
