* Essential Job Functions:

*** Perform routine and non-routine laboratory analyses on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of test results in compliance with internal and regulatory standards
* Operate and maintain laboratory instruments, ensuring calibration and proper functioning
* Support quality control processes by identifying deviations and collaborating on root cause investigations
* Follow all safety, health, and environmental procedures, fostering a culture of safe laboratory practices
* Collaborate with production, quality, and R&D teams to support continuous improvement initiatives
* Prepare reagents, standards, and samples in accordance with established methods
* Contribute to maintaining laboratory organization, cleanliness, and compliance with audit requirements
** Qualifications &

Experience:

*** Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific field
* Previous laboratory experience in a manufacturing, chemical, or quality control environment is preferred
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate and reliable data
* Familiarity with standard laboratory techniques and analytical instrumentation
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and communicate effectively
* Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
* Basic computer skills and experience with laboratory data systems or documentation tools
** Benefits & Conditions:
** The expected salary range for this role is **$42 400-$53 000**, but specific employee compensation may vary depending on factors including experience, education, training, licensure, certification, location and other job-related, non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.

This role is also eligible to earn a short-term incentive bonus and the following benefits: 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, paid time off, paid holidays and paid sick leave.
