Xactra Technologies is looking to add a Quality Technician to our growing company! We are looking for someone with an Aerospace and Defense background to join our talented team!

Responsibilities- Perform 1st Piece, 1st Article, in-Process, and final inspections.
- Maintain quality records.
- Implement, audit, and improve quality processes, policies, and procedures.
- Stop production to limit further processing or delivery of nonconforming products until the deficiency is corrected.
- Identify and record any problem relating to the product, process, and QMS.
- Verify implemented solutions.
- Participate in corrective and preventive action processes.
- Provide inspection support for Production, Engineering, and Quality.
- Compile statistical data and write narrative reports summarizing findings.
- Produce all required quality documentation for the customer product; initial, sign, and date all documents and revisions.
- Develop and audit quality control plans.
- Maintain a system for calibration of measuring and testing equipment.
- Stop production to limit further processing or delivery of nonconforming products until the deficiency has been corrected.
- Identify and record any problem relating to the product, process, and QMS.

- Provide inspection support for Production, Engineering, and Quality.
- Maintain quality records.

- Associate degree, technical/trade school training or equivalent with minimum of 3 years related experience.
- Knowledge of the Company quality policy.
- Knowledge of the QMS policies and procedures.
- GD&T.
- Comprehensive metrology knowledge.
- First Piece, in-Process, Final inspections.
- Operation of test equipment (Profile and Form measurement systems, Vision Systems, CMM, layout and hand tools).
- QMS (AS9100, ISO 9001, ISO 13485) system standards and internal audit experience helpful.
- Use and operation of inspection hand tools, optical comparator, CMM operation as well as knowledge and experience of industry inspection methods.
