Quality Technician

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00/hour

Shift: Monday - Thursday | 9:30 AM - 7:30 PM

4-Day Work Week | Every Friday, Saturday & Sunday Off

We're seeking a detail-oriented Quality Technician to support our manufacturing operations by ensuring products meet customer expectations and quality standards. In this role, you'll inspect machined and assembled components, verify material conformity, support calibration activities, and partner with manufacturing and engineering teams to maintain the highest levels of product quality. What You'll Do
  • Inspect machined and assembled products to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
  • Measure components using calipers, micrometers, gauges, CMM equipment, and other precision inspection tools.
  • Verify incoming materials and components meet requirements before release to production.
  • Record and maintain accurate electronic inspection and quality documentation.
  • Support calibration programs and maintain records for inspection equipment.
  • Assist with inspection plans, quality procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Identify, document, and process non-conforming materials and products.
  • Work closely with production teams to improve inspection methods and measurement practices.
  • Perform basic maintenance and upkeep of inspection equipment.
  • Help ensure compliance with customer requirements, quality systems, and internal standards.
Preferred Skills & Experience

We're interested in candidates with experience in one or more of the following:

  • Quality inspection or quality control within a manufacturing environment.
  • Use of precision measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, gauges, and indicators.
  • CMM operation and inspection.
  • Blueprint and technical drawing interpretation.
  • First article, in-process, and final inspections.
  • Quality documentation and recordkeeping.
  • Calibration programs and inspection equipment maintenance.
  • Non-conformance reporting and root cause investigations.
  • AS9100, ISO 9001, or other quality management systems.
  • CMM programming experience or a willingness to learn.

Work Environment

This position operates on a Monday-Thursday, 9:30 AM - 7:30 PM schedule in a manufacturing environment focused on precision, quality, and continuous improvement. The Quality Technician works primarily independently while conducting inspections, reviewing documentation, maintaining quality records, and supporting inspection processes. Daily responsibilities include the use of precision measurement tools, CMM equipment, and quality systems to ensure products consistently meet customer and company
