RTX - Pratt & Whitney is seeking an experienced Quality Lead to run daily Quality Clinic activities, review defects, and disposition nonconformances onsite in a high‑paced production setting. You will drive cross‑functional actions to prevent recurrence and maintain rigorous quality controls.
Lead structured root cause analyses (8D, DMAIC, Ishikawa, PFMEA, 5‑Why), track defects and metrics, and support supplier quality with SCAR follow‑ups.
