Job Description POSITION:
Production Associate – Test – Level 2

REPORTSTO:
Cell Team LeaderAREA:
Production

QUALIFICATIONS:

High school education or equivalent
Ability to readandunderstand test procedures
Excellent verbalandwritten communication skills
Good computer skills
Works well in team environment
IPC-A-610 certification preferred,but not required
Experience testing PCBs

DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limited to:

Set up and test units per procedures using automated equipment
Identification of proper equipment to be used
Properly fill out production documentation
Notify Electronic Technician of non-conforming units or test fixtures
Identifyelectronic components (polarity, incorrectpart, etc.)
Rotate to different workstationsanddifferent cells as needed
Documents pass/fail results and troubleshoot information in the MES System (Vision)
As required – compile andvalidatetest results and test logs for customer and regulatory requirements
As required – complete hour-by-hour forms or other documentation for cycle time/performance analysis
Set-up and test units per procedures using correct equipment
Use of non-automated equipment when necessary (DMM, Oscilloscope, etc.)
