Kodak is looking for a Development Technician to join our Printed Electronics team in Rochester, NY. This position focuses on print and materials evaluation in a printed electronics organization, reporting to the VP, Printed Electronics. The role involves independent management of day‑to‑day workloads, including lab‑scale printing and mixing experiments for ink formulation, and collaboration with scientists on functional materials integration for conductive coatings on flexible substrates.

• Hands‑on R&D‑scale flexographic printing
• Work directly with scientific staff to scope, draft, and execute experiments
• Optical, physical, and electrical evaluation of printed and plated samples
• Collaborate with the Product Development Director to drive technology from R&D to manufacturing

• Experience executing bench‑scale experiments, including ink handling, dispersions, emulsion formulation, chemical handling, printing, and coating evaluation
• Proficiency with optical microscopy and visual inspection techniques
• Experience in DC electrical measurements such as resistance testing
• Data entry and experimental record keeping
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Experience working on cross‑functional teams
• Good laboratory practices

• A.S. Degree in Chemistry or equivalent experience in flexographic printing, ink formulation, and chemistry laboratory practices
• Recent graduate or up to 5 years of experience

Estimated Salary: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour
