AgTech Field Technician

Support customers by collecting fruit growth data.

Help growers understand and use insights to improve operations.

Work closely with data annotation and engineering teams.

Carry out field trials to test technology at various apple growth stages.

Work in-field to capture images and data.

Oversee analysis and interpretation of results collected in the field.

Create a hub of resources and information on plant physiology and disease issues.

Work with technology team to advise on product requirements and customer needs.

• A deep respect for farmers and farming, and a passion for agronomy and agriculture technology.
• An understanding of plant physiology, and related pests, diseases, and the impact of nutrient deficiencies.
• An excellent understanding of Excel.
• Curiosity about the latest developments in artificial intelligence and hardware technology.
• A willingness to roll up your sleeves and try things.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

Demonstrates expertise in plant physiology and agriculture technology, with a strong ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to growers. Proficient in Excel and capable of conducting field trials to enhance agricultural operations.
