• Clean equipment, utensils, pots and pans, floors, and walls in a food service department.
• Operate dishwasher, pot and pan washer, and other cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Pick up used dishes, pre‑rinse, and wash them by machine or by hand.
• Perform general helper duties and assist with supplies and food: replenish milk, transport supplies, unpack stock, and help serve at the counter when needed.
• Maintain sanitation standards: clean machines and kitchen equipment, wash floors and walls, wax floors, clean windows, and perform other general cleaning as directed.
• Perform other duties as directed by the supervisor.
• Work under the immediate supervision of the area supervisor.

• Ability to work cooperatively in a food service environment.
• Physical ability to stand, walk short distances, reach for, lift, and carry various materials, and to perform light and heavy cleaning tasks.
